On October 16, 1973 the Supreme Court issued an order remanding said cause to the Superior Court for hearing on the motion to dismiss appellant’s appeal. On September 19, 1974 the Supreme Court again issued an order to show cause why the appeal in this matter should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. The attorney for appellant

has notified the Court in response to the show cause order that the matter has been settled in the Superior Court. Therefore, it is ordered that the appeal be dismissed as moot.
